FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

When attempting to accelerate from a stopped position to enter loop [XXX] in [XXX]. My vehicle experienced total loss of power due to failure of the low pressure fuel pump. This created a very dangerous situation as I was attempting to enter the highway from the access road. This event very nearly resulted in a crash that could have caused serious bodily injury or death to me. The vehicle was taken to the closest Ford dealership, Red McCombs Ford in [XXX]. The incident was described to the service representative and taken in for diagnosis. The next week, the service representative contacted me to tell me that they were able to replicate the issue in testing and that the low pressure fuel pump had experienced mechanical failure. They said, unfortunately Ford does not have an approved remedy available yet. I told them that I was aware that the failed part was indeed available and had found documented cases where Ford had chosen to approve replacing it for individuals experiencing the same problem. It isn’t a case of a replacement part being available, it is a case of Ford not wanting to replace the failed part and instead attempting to find a software fix that allows for preserving the life of the potentially defective part. However, this is not an acceptable solution once the part has already failed. The service representative stated they were trying to get Ford to authorize the repair, since one is available, but Ford was declining because the had not yet announced an “official recall remedy”. Then I opened a case with Ford Customer Care and they too declined to fix the issue. When I relayed my concern that driving the vehicle would expose me to serious injury or death, they continued to decline. I asked if it was safe to drive and they said “Ford has not issued instructions to stop driving”. Ford is refusing to repair a known safety recall where they are aware of a remedy exists. FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

Was driving on highway with cruise control set. Vehicle started slowing down, so pressed on gas pedal and no response from vehicle, had to navigate to shoulder and was unable to drive vehicle. No warning that there was any issue. Vehicle has been at dealership for a month. Low pressure fuel pump failure and no parts are available.

POWER TRAIN

Clutch pedal went to floor and didn't return. The accumulator on part # MB3Z-7A512-A failed and broke apart causing a complete loss of brake fluid in the clutch hydraulic system rendering the clutch completely inoperable.

STRUCTURE

I am writing to formally complain about a serious and increasingly concerning problem with the hardtop on my 2022 Ford Bronce four-door. I began noticing cracks in the hardtop after becoming aware of numerous complaints from other Bronco owners regarding similar cracking problems. Once I knew what to look for, I inspected my Bronco and noticed cracks in the hardtop. I promptly brought the issue to the attention of my Ford dealership. Unfortunately, I was told that the vehicle had just passed the time limit of the factory warranty, even though it was well within the mileage limit of the warranty. I find it extremely frustrating that Ford’s position appears to be based on the calendar expiration of the warranty when this is a known problem (defect) that has been reported by numerous Bronco owners. More importantly, the condition of the hardtop has deteriorated significantly. Over the past several months, the cracks have become substantially worse, and I am now concerned that the hardtop could eventually fail completely. This is no longer simply a cosmetic concern. I purchased a new Ford Bronco with the expectation that the vehicle’s major structural components would remain reliable under normal use. I am requesting that Ford reconsider my case and provide full replacement of the defective hardtop at no cost to me, including parts and installation cost. I would also like Ford to consider the safety implications of allowing a hardtop with progressively worsening cracks to remain in service. I have legitimate concerns that the hardtop could fail at speed or during an accident creating hazard or injury.

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

Simply filing a complaint for the recall on the fuel pump that still has not been remedied over a year ago. I’m hearing stories of people having to replace their fuel pumps and ford not covering it even though it’s an open recall. Hoping to get more pressure on them to get a remedy. On August 26, 2026, my 2022 Ford Bronco experienced a serious safety related failure while I was driving. The vehicle displayed a sway bar disconnect system warning and became disabled, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. The Bronco had to be towed to a Ford dealership, where it is available for inspection. Ford previously claimed that it inspected my Bronco under a recall specifically pertaining to the sway bar system. Ford determined that the sway bar did not need to be replaced and closed the recall as completed. The vehicle has now experienced a failure involving the same system that Ford claims it previously inspected. I am concerned that the recall inspection may not have identified the problem or that the recall procedure or remedy was insufficient. The precise cause of the current failure is still being diagnosed. Approximately one and a half weeks before the incident, five replacement tires were installed by a mobile tire service. The replacement tires were the same type and size already used on the vehicle. There was no change in tire size and no tire related modification to the Bronco. Three lug nuts were also found loose following this incident. Approximately three months earlier, three lug nuts had come completely off the vehicle. Loose lug nuts were found again during a tire rotation approximately one month before this incident. I do not yet know whether the repeated loose lug nuts and the sway bar system failure are connected. This failure occurred while the vehicle was being driven, disabled the vehicle, and left me stranded. I am requesting that NHTSA document and investigate whether the sway bar recall inspection or remedy was inadequate, or whether another safety defect exists in my 2022 Ford Bronco.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM,SEATS,FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

3 different incidents have came up with recalls that have been going on for awhile this a working vehicle that makes my money to pay for the loans, which for over a year have not made me any money costing me to lose money out of my own pocket, ford has not been willing to work with because it’s a used vehicle and I didn’t barrow money from to purchase this has been going on for more than a year it is ridiculous!!

UNKNOWN OR OTHER,VISIBILITY/WIPER

Windshield is leaking water/rain inside vehicle. I have it at All American Ford Old Bridge,NJ, for 15 days now and they want to charge me portion $256.76 plus tax. BUt, the Bronco has recall 222c12 or 25C52. I was willing to pay not knowing that there as a recall but they said if it breaks or cracks or chips while doing work they are not responsible to cover new windshield. please advise. They show on Ford recall website the recall complete, but my windshield was never removed, resealed and reinstalled. So that is a lie/fraud on All American Ford part. Please help. I have 2 other major issues with Bronco as well which are recalls that they made me pay for or did not resolve as of yet. I already paid for a middle roof panel and now front passenger roof panel must be replaced (recall 26S32) and they say it is not part of recall. And, the safety concern is the car just turned off on major highway 2 different episods one in May on NJ Turnpike I was almost hit from behind and the other was on Route 35 in Seaside Park, NJ in August. Same dealership said they can't experience it so they cannot diagnose and repair it. It is the fuel pump/loss of power issue #26V236000. the car has to be restarted and there is no warning. I am very worried about this.
