Car cut off while driving, again. Full dashboard started to flash, warnings, stated that there was no battery, no gas. I was stopped in traffic and managed to pull over and had restart the car. This is the second time that it has cut off while driving . The first time my toddler son was in the car in morning traffic and it cut off. This is an extreme safety hazard for myself, my family and others driving. The entire system failed. It was supposedly fixed before but the problem is still there.

On XXX at approximately 1:32 p.m., I was stopped in a Starbucks drive-through in my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. The vehicle was completely stopped and my foot was on the brake pedal. Without any intentional acceleration input from me, the vehicle suddenly lurched forward. The movement was significant enough that I initially believed the vehicle behind me had struck my Jeep. I then confirmed that the vehicle behind me had not made contact with my vehicle. Fortunately, I had left sufficient distance between my Jeep and the vehicle in front of me, and no collision occurred. This is the second serious unintended vehicle-control event I have experienced with this vehicle. I previously submitted NHTSA Complaint #XXX after the vehicle unexpectedly applied severe braking while I was driving, without an apparent obstacle or braking input from me. The sudden deceleration in that incident caused the seatbelt restraint to injure my chest. Following the first incident, the Jeep dealership retained the vehicle for approximately one week but was unable to duplicate the condition or determine its cause. I subsequently reported the incident to Stellantis. Stellantis has opened escalated Case #XXX and has now assigned a third-party investigator to inspect the vehicle. I am submitting this additional report because the vehicle has now exhibited two separate unintended vehicle-control events: unexpected severe braking while driving and unexpected forward movement while completely stopped with my foot on the brake. I no longer feel that the vehicle is safe to drive. 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with approximately 34,214 miles. The vehicle has an ongoing clicking noise during acceleration and deceleration that has been presented to an authorized Jeep dealership for repair on multiple occasions and remains unresolved. The vehicle was returned to the dealership again on September 4, 2026. The repair order documents “CLICKING NOISE WHEN ACCELERATING AND SLOWING DOWN.” The clicking concern originally began much earlier in the vehicle's life and has continued despite repeated service visits and attempts to diagnose the cause. During this most recent visit, the vehicle also had a red brake warning displayed on the dashboard. The dealership advised me that this warning was related to a computer issue that required a reset. The reset was performed and I was advised that the braking system was functioning properly. The warning has not returned as of the date of this complaint. I am including this only as part of the vehicle's service history. My primary concern is the recurring clicking during acceleration and deceleration. The cause has not been identified or corrected despite repeated warranty service visits. The manufacturer has also been notified of this ongoing issue. I have repeatedly requested that my manufacturer case remain open while the concern remains unresolved, but the case has previously been closed despite those requests. The vehicle remains under the manufacturer's warranty. I am submitting this complaint so that the recurring unresolved condition is formally documented with NHTSA in the event that similar complaints are reported by other owners.

On XXX, I was involved in a motor vehicle collision on [XXX] in [XXX] while driving a leased 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The airbags in the Jeep did not deploy during the collision. The other vehicle involved was an approximately 10-year-old Honda SUV, and its airbags did deploy. Fortunately, I did not sustain an injury in the collision. However, the Jeep was subsequently declared a total loss. The vehicle has since been removed from the lot where it was being held, and I no longer have possession of or access to it. I therefore cannot independently inspect the airbag system or obtain crash data from the vehicle. I am reporting this because I am concerned about whether the airbag and occupant restraint systems in the vehicle functioned as designed during the collision. I would like NHTSA to document this incident and consider whether the non-deployment warrants further review. I can provide the VIN and other information about the vehicle and collision if needed. I would also like any available Event Data Recorder (EDR) or other crash-related data to be preserved and reviewed if possible. The vehicle was leased rather than owned and has since been declared a total loss. [XXX] [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

While driving my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, the vehicle suddenly and unexpectedly applied the brakes very hard without any braking input from me. There was no apparent obstacle, vehicle, or other condition in front of me that would have required emergency braking. The braking was extremely abrupt and forceful. The sudden deceleration caused my seat belt to lock and restrain me hard enough to cause significant bruising and pain across my chest and reconstructed breasts. I recently underwent a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction, which made the impact and resulting injury particularly concerning. I brought the vehicle to an authorized Jeep dealership immediately following the incident because I am concerned that the vehicle's automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning system, or another braking or electronic system may have malfunctioned. The dealership has now had the vehicle for approximately one week. I have been advised that they have been unable to reproduce the incident or identify a problem that explains why the vehicle unexpectedly applied the brakes. I am extremely concerned about operating the vehicle because the cause of this unintended braking event has not been identified or repaired, and I have no assurance that it will not happen again. An unexpected emergency-braking event at highway speed, in traffic, or with another vehicle traveling closely behind could result in a serious collision or injury. This incident is particularly concerning to me given the other safety-related recalls and issues affecting my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. I am submitting this complaint so NHTSA has a record of the unintended braking event and can determine whether similar incidents have been reported involving this vehicle or its braking/automatic emergency braking systems.

Vehicle was unable to be shutdown and was locked in park. Can was not responding to turning off while in the garage and engine running. Since the vehicle was inside an attached garage, we were concerned about Carbon Monoxide getting into the house. No way to turn car off and had to involve police/fire department. Disconnected the battery terminal in the trunk which was unable to be opened, so we had to crawl through the side passenger door to get into the trunk. The vehicle is now at the dealer (Wilde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, at [XXX] in [XXX]). No police report #, but CAD entry from officer in having to assist. 2025 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE – UNINTENDED ACCELERATION, ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL AND UNEXPECTED BRAKING I am reporting multiple intermittent safety-related problems with my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee, VIN [XXX], involving Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), unexpected acceleration, and unexpected braking. While driving on the highway with ACC activated, the vehicle has on multiple occasions behaved unpredictably. When another vehicle enters or cuts into my lane, my Grand Cherokee does not always reduce speed as expected. On some occasions, the vehicle has accelerated even though another vehicle was directly ahead or entering my path. One of these incidents occurred before a collision. I was traveling in my lane with the driver-assistance/ACC system activated when another vehicle crossed into my path. My Jeep continued traveling forward and did not automatically slow or brake sufficiently in response to the vehicle entering my path. When I manually applied the brakes, there was not enough distance remaining to avoid the collision. I have also experienced approximately two incidents on the highway involving unexpected aggressive braking. When I manually touched the brake pedal, the instrument cluster displayed a red warning and the vehicle suddenly applied extremely hard braking. The braking response was substantially more aggressive than the brake input I was providing. In addition, on one occasion while leaving my office at low speed, the vehicle unexpectedly accelerated without my intentionally commanding the acceleration. The Adaptive Cruise Control and driver-assistance system were OFF at the time. This incident is particularly concerning because it occurred independently of ACC operation. The vehicle has been taken to an authorized Jeep dealership and I reported all of these conditions. The dealership advised me that because the problems are intermittent, if they cannot duplicate the condition they cannot determine what repair to perform. This vehicle has now experienced three separate incidents of sudden loss of propulsion while traveling at highway speeds, requiring it to be towed to the dealership on all three occasions. Each incident involved the same dangerous defect, and after each repair I was assured, the vehicle had been repaired and was safe to operate. Despite those assurances, the identical defect has continued to recur. This is not simply a customer satisfaction issue; it is an ongoing safety issue that places my family and every motorist around us at significant for catastrophic event. On May 12, 2025, I took delivery of my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. On June 23, 2025, the vehicle experienced its first sudden loss of propulsion while traveling at highway speed and was towed to Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo, Minnesota. On January 5, 2026, the identical defect occurred again. The vehicle once again lost propulsion while traveling at highway speed and was towed to the dealership. From January 5, 2026, through May 13, 2026, my vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately four and one-half months while Stellantis and its authorized dealer attempted to diagnose and repair the recurring defect. Following that extended repair process, I was advised that the vehicle had been repaired and that the issue had been resolved. Settlement Agreement: On May 13, 2026, I executed a Release Agreement with FCA US LLC. As part of the negotiated settlement, I was required to enter into a lease for a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The only reason I agreed to sign the Release Agreement and enter into the new lease was because I relied on Stellantis' representations that the 2025 Jeep had been successfully repaired and that the dangerous defect had been permanently corrected. Had I been informed that the vehicle remained susceptible to the same failure, I would never have agreed to retain the vehicle or execute the related lease agreement.

My 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe suffered a catastrophic internal engine failure and set DTC P2338 ("Cylinder 3 Above Knock/Combustion Vibration Sensor Threshold"). Although my VIN is not included in Safety Recall 78C (NHTSA 25V-766), my vehicle experienced the same failure mode, symptoms, and diagnostic code associated with the recall. Stellantis' STAR Center reviewed the case, confirmed internal engine damage, and recommended complete engine replacement. While driving at highway speed, the vehicle suddenly lost power and entered limp mode. I was able to safely exit the highway, but this defect created a serious safety risk and could have resulted in a crash. Stellantis has already expanded the recall population after identifying additional affected vehicles. My vehicle was built during the same production period, experienced the identical failure, and has a manufacturer-confirmed engine replacement recommendation. Chrysler's XC2 program provides unlimited years/unlimited mileage engine coverage for this defect, which is linked to engine manufacturing issues. Based on the identical failure characteristics and confirmed diagnosis, I believe my vehicle is affected by the same defect and should be included in Recall 78C and the associated XC2 warranty coverage. I am submitting this complaint to request that NHTSA investigate whether additional vehicles outside the current recall population are experiencing the same defect and whether Recall 78C should be expanded to include affected vehicles such as mine.

There is a serious malfunction between the hybrid and electric systems. The engine is making a loud noise, and neither the hybrid nor electric mode functions properly. In addition, the fuel and oil refresh warning remains on, even after refueling. These issues are ongoing and substantially impair the use, value, and safety of the vehicle. On January 2, 2026, and march 8 my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe shut down twice while I was driving home on the freeway. This vehicle is not safe to operate under these conditions.Despite these concerns, the issues have not been resolved. Stellantis has removed 4xe models from the Jeep website due to safety concerns, recalls, and a high volume of customer complaints. At this time, there appears to be no effective remedy, and a simple software update will not correct these defects. My vehicle continues to produce an extremely loud engine noise, even while operating in hybrid mode. I am very familiar with how a Jeep should perform—this is my fifth Jeep Grand Cherokee—and I have never experienced anything like this before. Even my previous gasolineonly models operated much more quietly. In contrast, both the hybrid and gas modes on this vehicle sound like a diesel truck. Additionally, the fuel and oil warning light remains on constantly. I have contacted Jeep Customer Care multiple times, as well as the servicing dealer, and I was repeatedly told to “add more gas and continue driving the vehicle.” Despite following those instructions, the issue persists. The warning light does not turn off, the engine remains excessively loud, and the fuel consumption is unreasonable. The situation worsens in cold weather. The battery drains rapidly from 100% without explanation, even when the vehicle has been properly charged. At this point, I am genuinely afraid to charge the vehicle and even more concerned about driving it.In addition, the vehicle feels sluggish while driving and frequently does not pick up power as it should. There is a noticeable delay

I am writing to formally report a serious safety issue with my brand-new Jeep Grand Cherokee (got it from DARCARS Rockville, MD dealership) and to request immediate resolution under warranty and applicable consumer protection laws. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation of reliability, safety, and comfort for my family. Unfortunately, within a very short period of ownership, the vehicle has experienced repeated and dangerous failures. On 17th April 2026, while traveling at approximately 65 mph on a highway in Pennsylvania around 1:00 AM, the vehicle suddenly shut down without warning. This created an extremely hazardous situation for my family. We contacted roadside assistance, but no help arrived until approximately 8:00 AM. Due to freezing temperatures and lack of heat in the vehicle, we were forced to call 911 for assistance and were transported to a nearby hotel around 3:30 AM. The vehicle was subsequently towed to a dealership, where diagnostics were performed. We were informed that the issue was related to a coding or malfunction and that it had been resolved. However, just two days later, while returning home, the exact same issue occurred again under similar conditions—vehicle shutdown at highway speed. Once again, we were stranded at night, forced to rely on emergency services, and did not reach home until approximately 4:30 AM. This pattern of failure is unacceptable and represents a severe safety defect. My family’s safety was put at significant risk on two separate occasions. As a result, we have completely lost confidence in the vehicle’s reliability and safety. Immediate escalation of this case and a full technical investigation A written explanation of the root cause of these failures A permanent resolution to ensure this issue cannot recur Consideration of a manufacturer buyback or replacement under applicable Lemon Law provisions

While driving approximately 70 mph on the highway, my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe experienced a sudden and complete loss of power without warning. This created a dangerous situation with risk of collision. The vehicle is also subject to an active recall related to high-voltage battery fire risk, which prevents safe charging and normal hybrid operation. Additionally, at approximately 12,000 miles, the vehicle developed a transmission pump failure requiring repair. Due to these combined issues, I do not feel the vehicle is safe to operate, particularly when transporting my children. This incident represents a serious safety concern involving loss of propulsion at highway speeds.

The dealership repair facility keeps pushing me to Case Number S258A000007 and says that my rear camera and safety features are not impacted, but as you can see from the video and pictures, they are. I have tried contacting the manufacturer with no return call. The dealership repair facility said they will not touch my vehicle, so I am left with an intermediate safety feature issue.

Forward collision avoidanceFiled Mar 22, 2026
Subject: Forward Collision Warning Plus and Advanced Brake Assist Failure – 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I am reporting a safety defect involving the Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning Plus and Advanced Brake Assist systems on my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The vehicle does not provide forward collision warnings or apply assistive braking in situations where a collision is imminent. On multiple occasions, a vehicle in front of me slowed or stopped while turning into a driveway or parking lot. My Jeep provided no visual alert, no audible warning, and no braking assistance. I had to manually brake to avoid rear‑ending the other vehicles. I brought the vehicle to the dealership. During testing, the system could not be activated on my Jeep. We then tested another Jeep of the same model and year; its system also failed to activate until we were within approximately three feet of the vehicle ahead. My Jeep never activated at any distance. The dealership stated that because Adaptive Cruise Control slows the vehicle when active, the collision warning and brake assist systems must also be functioning. This explanation is inconsistent with how these systems are designed to operate, and it does not address the failure of the Forward Collision Warning Plus system to activate in real‑world or controlled conditions. This appears to be a systemic failure of the collision‑avoidance technology on this model, creating a significant risk of rear‑end collisions.

See attached document for complaint. This letter is to fo rmally notify you of my vehicle's fai lure to conform to the express warranties under the Ill inois Lemon Law, and to demand compensation. The vehicle had a significant defect that was not, and r bel ieve could never have been, corrected after a reasonable number of attempts. As of the date of this letter, there is still no remedy available for thjs dangerous defect and dealerships cannot and still will not attempt to repair due to this failure on your company. Furthermore, this dangerous recall has been in effect without a remedy for more than 30 business days. The following is a summary of the problem and the repair attempts: • Description of Defect: The charger in the vehicle did not fi rst work in August 2025. The dealership where we purchased the vehicle referenced above, was able to temporarily repair this issue. We were without the car for approximately one week. ln mid-October 2025, we were alerted for a software recall regarding the vehicle which was handled at the same dealership. In late October 2025 we were alerted to another recall alert regarding the vehicle (NHTSA #25V74 J, Chrysler #68C). This recall had no remedy and sti ll does not have a remedy as of the date of this letter and at the time we were left not choice but to " fire sale" the vehicle back to the dealership. Please note due to no fix being available, any attempts to repair wer,e futile and the dealership would not take any appointments when we contacted them several times. Further, the recall advisory stated the following "A vehicle fi re can result in increased risk of occupant injury and injury to persons outside the vehicle. Vehicle risk is reduced when the battery charge level is depleted. Accordingly, owners are advised to refrain from recharging. Out of abundance of caution, FCA US is also advising owners of these vehicles to park away from structures or other vehicles until a remedy is obtained." Clearly, we were not able to use our vehicle due to the recall and were advised not to park near other structures or other vehicles (not sure where we were supposed to park the vehicle). Furthermore, there is yet another recall (issued in early November) that had no remedy regarding the engine and potential issue with propulsion stopping unexpectedly. Obviously, this car was and still is dangerous to charge, drive and even park near anything; basically a ticking time bomb. Again, at the time we fire sold for a huge loss due to the defect not being able to be remedied, the vehicle had not been able to be stored or used safely for over 30 business days, and there still was not a remedy or solution to repair or fix the defect relating to the recalls (and there still is not one as of the date of this letter). This clearly meets the criteria for a "reasonable number of attempts" under the Illinois Lemon Law, specifically either the vehicle being out of service for 30 or more business days or the same issue being repaired four or more times without success. Furthermore. the defect has potentially caused severe and emotional distress for my wife and family due to the fact the recommendation for the defect is to not park the vehicle near a structure or any other vehicle. This has caused sleepless nights in not knowing if this vehicle will sporadically set fire and cause irreparable harm and injury, yet alone loss of life. Due to the fact this defect posed a severe hazard and potentially could cause greater harm (not only severe structure damage but injury and/or loss of life), we sold the car back to the dealership on December 4, 2025 for $38,000 (a much lower value than if it were not for your defects). Please note even the dealership said they could not re-sell the vehicle with a recall without a remedy and would have to auction the vehicle (hence the depressed value they bought the car from us). I am formally requesting that you resolve this matter in accordance with the Ill inois Lemon Law and a

On multiple occasions, the transmission does not respond to gear changes such as moving from drive to reverse or park into drive. On those occasions, the D for drive would be blinking. More concerning and very dangerous is a lack of propulsion mid drive, the transmission would not go into gear. The engine would rev high, and it would not move forward, except by whatever momentum it originally had. This has happened to me on at least four occasions two of which I was in the left lane of three and four lane wide streets with cars passing me at high speed on the right. I needed to pull over turn the car off and then on again, which is the only way that the transmission would start working again. Sometimes the transmission would be jerky, especially after those incidents. crossing three and four lanes while people are going 50 and 60 miles an hour is a very dangerous situation when you have no power. The car is a new car. I have had it for only two months and it has been doing this intermittently the entire time. This has been at the dealer for service two times so far and has not been able to be replicated, however, I do have one incident on video. There were no warning lamps messages, and there are no error codes that are found by the dealer.

The current recall is unable to happen as it has to be over 50 degrees. This is the second major recall in under one year. I have had issues with the radio, apple car play, the engine dying while in park and idling. Additionally, the vehicle suddenly lost power while driving it at 65 mph on a major highway when trying to pass. The only answers I get is the lemon law. This vehicle is not safe, the dealer has only offered for me to trade out of it into something extremely higher of payment. I am requesting a dealer buyback due to major safety concerns. This vehicle should not even be on the market. The acceleration issues continue and I am DONE!

While driving at highway speed, I accidentally brushed one of the paddle shifters on the steering wheel. This immediately forced the transmission into a lower gear, causing the engine to rev very high. I had to pull over on the highway shoulder to figure out how to return the vehicle to normal automatic Drive. This situation felt unsafe and distracting, especially in traffic. I contacted my local Jeep service department to ask whether the paddle shifters can be disabled or if there is a software setting to prevent accidental engagement. I was told there is no way to disable this feature. Given how easy it is to trigger unintentionally, I’m concerned this could lead to unsafe situations for other drivers as well.

It’s been an ongoing and progressively worsening condition since about week two after my purchase. Was not experiencing any of these things upon purchase or I would not have purchased a consistently and worsening progressively alignment issue castor is out and there is no adjustments provided by the manufacturer, therefore it can’t be fixed . Second issue is the transmission which has had continued issues progressively worsening. It doesn’t shift right at rattles it vibrates it shutters on the highway. It likes to make me put it in Park before putting it back in your to proceed further not even from limp mode just out of the blue that has a weird thump around 70 miles an hour at a steady speed has a highway shutter for about 20 seconds that feels like you’re going over the Rumpel sticks, but you could be in the middle lane and there are no rumble sticks and it’s not lane assist. It has a groan to it. That is worsening. It winds in reverse it howls upon startup. I’ve had multiple claims with the manufacturer closed without resolve. I take it to multiple dealers, and they all say the same thing can’t duplicate operating ass design, which clearly it is not because if it was operating like this when I bought it, I wouldn’t have bought it again. I’ll repeat it. Third-party ASE tax have confirmed the issue with the alignment that the castor is out and it is not repairable and furthermore when I call the manufacturer there’s no direct number. There is no number for the Customer Care to push me forward too. There’s no email there’s no address. There’s no nothing provided. Communication is halted. It’s not allowed. I have asked I’ve requested and it isn’t providedfor a vehicle that is not operating as designed or normal operation.it is unrepairable, and unresolved. TSB‘s have been provided and refused. Taking to dealership at this point results in a car wash, which is not what I request. Too many documents to upload. 14 dealership visits multiple others to outside ase techs

Twice in two weeks stopped at an intersection vehicle went into sleep mode and when the light turned green, the vehicle restarted but when I stepped on the gas the engine raced but went no where. With traffic behind me I shifted the transmission to neutral. When the tachometer dropped to a normal level I shifted the transmission to drive and off we went. Since then have sent it back to the dealer to find the root cause of the problem. During this time I was provided with a loaner that just happens to be the same year make and model. Upon leaving work yesterday with it, the exact same loss of power upon leaving an intersection occurred. And again the only way to get the vehicle to move, required shifting the transmission to neutral then back to drive. There is a definite problem here that needs to be looked into by CJDR.

I was driving at an estimated speed of 55mph when I heard what sounded like a gunshot or tire popping inside the vehicle. Next I felt glass hitting my face, head, neck, and hands. I looked up and my sunroof had exploded. This could have been a very bad situation because when the loud boom and immediate feeling of getting hit with glass happened, naturally I tensed up, I swerved into the left lane as a result of my body reacting to the falling debris coming from right side. Thankfully no other cars were around. I only suffered minor injuries due to glass shards in my hand.

My 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee PHEV is subject to Safety Recall 78C/NHTSA 25V-766 for ENGINE FIRES caused by sand contamination in the 2.0L engine that can cause "catastrophic engine failure" and "vehicle fire. On January 9, 2026, I took my vehicle to Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Colma, CA. While other recalls were serviced, I was informed that Recall 78C could not be completed because remedy parts are unavailable. Following the dealership’s advice, I contacted Jeep Customer Care (1-800-334-9200). I was told the vehicle is safe to drive despite no expected resolution date for the repair. Furthermore, my request for a rental vehicle was denied unless I paid out of pocket. My car leasing company, Stellantis’ own notice states this defect creates an "increased risk of occupant injury" due to fires. It is unacceptable to be forced to choose between driving a known fire hazard with my infant child or having no transportation. I have attempted to escalate this with Jeep Customer Care but have not received a return call from management. I request that the NHTSA compel Jeep to provide a safe loaner vehicle or initiate a vehicle buyback immediately due to this imminent safety hazard. I am being forced to either: Drive a vehicle Jeep admits may catch fire or have no transportation for my family.

Fuel/propulsion systemFiled Dec 29, 2025
I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo earlier this year. The salesman told me that the fuel cover locks when the doors are locked, but the cover does not lock. I sent an email to Stallantis, the corporation to Jeep and inquired about this. They replied that all 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokees should have lock gas covers. (See uploaded file) I also tried to purchase a lock cap for my car, but I couldn't find one AND I LOOKED ALL OVER. A vehicle that does not have a locking mechanism to the gas tank leaves it vulnerable to vandalism. Substances can be inserted into the gas tank that could cause permanent damage to the engine. And since Stellantis indicated that all the these vehicles should have a locking gas mechanism, IT IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I am requesting that you instruct Jeep to have a recall on all of the vehicles that do not have locking gas cap mechanisms and have them installed. The "date this incident occurred" is the date of the vehicle purchase, February 11, 2025.

I recently had recall work done. I picked the vehicle up on December 23, 2025, and the vehicle is not charging properly or driving well. When plugged into the level 2 charger it took 10 plus hours to charge when it used to take 2.5 hours to charge. The vehicle is also not driving well now. As soon as you take your foot off the gas it’s almost like a major brake is being applied. It’s not safe to drive this way. I have contacted the dealer and will take it back on Monday, December 29, 2025.
